🍅 Charred Tomato Carpaccio with Picual, Burrata & Chili-Citrus Dust

⭐ Why Picual Works:

🍽️ Ingredients (Serves 2):
4 large heirloom tomatoes

1 ball burrata cheese

Zest of 1 orange

Pinch of Aleppo or chili flakes

Flaky sea salt

3 tbsp Picual olive oil

Micro basil or arugula to garnish

🔥 Instructions:
Char Tomatoes:
Halve tomatoes and sear cut-side down on a hot grill pan until deeply charred but still firm. Let cool, slice thinly.

Make Chili-Citrus Dust:
Mix orange zest with chili flakes and a pinch of flaky salt.

Assemble:
Fan sliced tomatoes on a plate, tear burrata over top. Sprinkle dust generously and drizzle with bold threads of Picual.
