🐟 Grilled Branzino with Trilogía Verde, Parsley-Pecan Pesto & Lemon Zest

🍽️ Ingredients:
1 whole branzino (cleaned)

Salt, pepper, lemon slices

Pesto:

1/2 cup parsley

1/4 cup pecans

1 garlic clove

Zest of 1 lemon

1/3 cup Trilogía Verde

Salt to taste

🔥 Instructions:
Grill Fish: Season fish, stuff with lemon slices, grill 4–5 min per side.

Make Pesto: Blend all pesto ingredients until coarse.

Serve: Plate fish with pesto spooned on top. Finish with raw Trilogía Verde.
